Some Final Plugs for Michael Largent

For those of you haven't voted yet (as of last Tuesday, only 17% of ballots had been returned to the Auditor's office), here are some quotes from county commissioner candidate Michael Largent at the candidates forum held at the Palouse Empire Fair on September 9 as reported by the September 14 Whitman County Gazette:
Question: How would you better recruit commerce to Whitman County?

Largent: I don't believe county government can bring in business. The best thing government can do is stay out of the way.

Question: How would you house the potential employees of new businesses?

Largent: More housing lowers housing prices. We need more housing in the county.

Question: How do you feel about the ag zoning ordinance? To what extent should county government regulate what people do with their land and their houses?

Largent: Government should stay out of the way of property rights until a conflict arises.
That is why I am voting for Michael Largent for County Commissoner, District 3.
