A new 8000 sq. foot restaurant will be named Dupus Boomers, after a popular cartoon character. Their menu will include steaks, hamburgers, stew and beer. The restaurant's owner, WSU alum Greg Markel, also promises to open a coffee shop and a seafood restaurant. The full story is here.
