Let's Start The Conspiracy Theories Early

A new study of voter behavior confirms something political operatives have long suspected: rain hurts Democrats and helps Republicans. The study found that 1 inch of rain reduces overall turnout by slightly less than 1 percent and cuts the Democratic vote by 2.5 percentage points.

Since Midnight, approximately 1 inch of rain has fallen at Seatac Airport.

If things don't go their way today, look for Washington Democrats to blame Bush's failure to sign the Kyoto Protocol as the reason.

According to this article the US is doing better than many of the countries that signed the Kyoto Protocol.

Personally, I like the idea of global warming. Snow is not for me.
