Pullman PARDbillies

I thought it was time for another ode to the Pullman PARDbillies (sung to the tune of the Beverly Hillbillies)

Come and listen to a story about a man named Reed
A very rich professor, and the group of PARD he leads
Then one day he was shootin’ off his mouth
And Pullman was down, waitin’ for the count
Money, that is, Wal-Mart, I-933.

Well the first thing you know ol’ Reed’s got some loot
The Union said, give bad Wal-Mart the boot
Said Pullman’s the place you and Chris can make your own
So they loaded up their coffers and set out to pick the bones
Of Pullman that is, bone dry, no money.

Here are the PARDbillies

Well now it’s time to say to PARD goodbye
We know you claim you wouldn’t hurt a fly
But you are ruining Pullman with your cause
So back up a truck and leave to my applause.
Everyone’s, that is.
