Fairbanks Annexation Approved

April Coggins reports that the Pullman City Council has just approved Ordinance No. 06-6 - AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF PULLMAN CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS REAL PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF TERRE VIEW DRIVE AND WEST OF STATE ROUTE 27, AKA the Fairbanks Annexation.

April is right. This should give Pullman needed space for more residential and retail development on the north side of town.

Anyone know how to get in line to buy some property there for a house? I really want to get a new house and that place would be perfect for me. Dr. Fairbanks, you read this site?
