The Whitman County Board of Adjustment approved James Toyota's conditional use permit to develop a 13.67 acre site in the Pullman/Moscow corridor, one mile west of the state line. The plan includes a five-acre display.
There is now a 24-day appeal period, but such an appeal seems unlikely, as no one spoke out against the project at the hearing.
