The meeting ended with an announcement detailing a court ruling which said WSU engaged in unfair labor practices in 2002. The brief statement was read by court order after WSU dropped an appeal to a ruling in favor of Washington Federation of State Employees Bargaining Unit 3 in September.AND WSU does not offer benefits to part-time employees working under twenty hours.
The WFSE accused WSU of violating workers’ rights and discriminating against them.
"Or how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me cast out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote that is in thy brother's eye." - Luke 6:42

Tom, - Oh, so true. I was in a round about way saying the same thing yesterday. You said it so much better. Lower wages and no benefits for part timers, and we have RE-Run and his fellow travelers, tells us about Wal-Mart. What a joke, and that joke is on them.
