Smart Growth, Dumb Jerks
Portland is often held up as an example of a "smart growth" urban paradise. Based on these pictures from an anti-war demonstration held last Saturday where a U.S. soldier was burned in effigy, Portland needs a little "urban renewal" with a weapon of mass destruction.

Look at those brave young men with their faces covered like other terrorist thugs. Gee how I wish one were foolish enough to come within arm's reach!
Can't wait to see their faces if the barbarians are ever at the gates.
Oh, wait, can't see their faces. I guess that's what one does when one wants to stand behind his or her beliefs, right?
