Dino on Stormwater

Russ Coggins mentioned the stormwater issue to Dino this morning. As I hoped, Dino said that as governor that he will control thousands of appointments in state government, including the Department of Ecology. He said he would use those appointments to change the tenor in Olympia and make state agencies more focused on customer service and how they can help business rather than hinder it.
