Confused Voter or Operation Chaos?

Yesterday I saw a tall four-wheel drive pick-up with a well used chemical tank in the back, a Polaris window sticker (snowmobiles, 4-wheelers) and there it was, ............a Hillary bumper sticker in the center of the rear window.
