I have been told that James Toyota has purchased some land across the road and West of Champion Electric. They will be building a new dealership there leaving their Moscow place in the dust.
So now will Moscow sue to stop James Toyota from developing on the corridor? I can just imagine Moscow trying to claim that the dealership will cause more odor, light polution, traffic, etc., on the Washington side than it would on the Idaho side.

That's okay. They don't want cars over there anyway, only bikes and pedestrians.
