Pottersville Revisited

I haven't quite gotten over Jana Lien's vile attacks on my home today.

Pottersville in Frank Capra's It's a Wonderful Life was a place filed with rowdy drunkards, gin joints, crime, abandoned homes, and strip clubs. How can Ms. Lien possibly compare that with the churches, family homes, and parks of Pullman she disparaged in her letter? I would submit that Pullman is much more reminiscent of Bedford Falls. After all, Bailey Building and Loan was making loans so people could afford their little "cookie cutter" houses.

To paraphrase George Bailey, I'd say that in the whole vast configuration of things, Ms. Lien is nothing but a scurvy little spider.
