Whitman County Republican Precinct Caucuses will be held tonight starting at 8:00 PM. The caucuses for precincts in Pullman, Albion, Colton and Uniontown will meet in the cafeteria at Franklin Elementary, 850 SE Klemgard, Pullman.
This is your chance to have input on the party platform and elect delegates to the Whitman County Republican Convention. Les Wigen is retiring from being a Whitman County Commissioner and the county convention will pick the Republican candidate to run for his seat. There are also other local and statewide offices that the county and state conventions will play a role in selecting candidates for, but it all starts with the caucuses.
Anyone can attend the caucuses. You will be asked to declare your party allegiance before casting a vote.
