For a point of reference, Jim Demeerleer was/is the owner of Furniture West, (the big red rocker) which used to be located on the far west corner of the Tri-State building. He also owns Furniture Center. I know Jim and his words in tonight's Daily News are consistent with what he believes, unlike his former landlord.
