Go Cougs!!!

Salving the wounds of the Super Bowl somewhat was the Cougs 77-64 win over the 16th-ranked Dawgs at Friel Court on Saturday afternoon. The crowd of 8,770 was the largest since the heady days of the 1996 NIT season.

That's a season sweep folks. Add that to two consecutive Apple Cup victories and you can see the Cougs are beginning to assert some dominance over the hated Fuskies.

But I guess we'll still have to put up with crap like this for a while longer:
If it's possible to Coug it in the Super Bowl, that's what happened with the Seahawks -- making penalties, missing field goals, dropping passes and throwing one critical interception.
