The dates are ironic. On June 22, the city announced the preliminary DNS for Wal-Mart's SEPA checklist and today PARD filed its long-anticipated appeal to the city's final SEPA DNS (yawn).
Thanks Pullman! It's nice to know that there are so many others out there that share my so-called "extremist views."

Tom; Thanks for putting the info up here your labor sure helps me as far as the local races are concerned. I wish more people would jump in and contribute there thoughts on what you have dug up. So to that end I can say to one and all "The water is fine come on in." Then the Wal-Mart issue, that is a no brainer if you want to move ahaed you need to grow. The BIG goverment types should want growth to support all there crazy BIG gov. programs.
