I can see the Martin lights 24 miles away from Pullman. Do you really think Wal-Mart will produce that much light? I do not think so.<BR/>I think Wal-Mart had their paperwork in on building before the new Sunnyside developments went up. I will have to check. I do not think real estate prices will lower here in Pullman due to a Wal-Mart despite the national decline in real estate prices. Pullman still cannot fill the demand of new housing needs. If anything, the local real estate prices will rise because of the close proximity of Wal-Mart.
