Yellow Page advertising is a fee based voluntary rental to be in the book. Reporting to the Dept. of Revenue is not voluntary. <BR/>A good example is that my store sells tires. Motorcycles are my primary business, but motorcycles need tires so I sell them. <BR/>Riteaid, Shopko, Grange Supply, Dissmores, etc., sell plants and landscaping goods, yet no one would classify them as a nursery and they don't pay for Yellow Pages advertising to promote themselves as such.April E.
